First of all download this app, then double click the file, you will have a number just text me the number to 514-967-5255 or send it to me by message and I will start diagnosing your problem.

I can find software and some hardware problem remotely.

After I diagnose your problem you can choose whether to repair it with me remotely, send me the computer or to fix it yourself, you have nothing to lose.
